Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for the following services are 100% non-refundable:
- Tarot and Astrology Consultation
- Group Healing (WhatsApp-based)
- Reiki Courses
- Any digital or downloadable content
- Any service purchased through this website or external payment links
Once a session, course, or healing batch is booked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Non-availability
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Incorrect booking
- Misunderstanding of how the service works
This is because time, energy, preparation, and resources are allocated the moment a booking is made.
2. Rescheduling Policy (Only for Tarot Sessions)
Clients may request to reschedule their tarot session once, provided:
- The request is made at least 12 hours before the session time
- A new mutually available slot is chosen within 7 days
Failure to attend the session at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be marked as completed with no refund and no reschedule.
3. Group Healing & Courses
For Group Healing batches and Reiki courses:
- No rescheduling
- No transferring to the next batch
- No adjustments or credits
Missing days or being unavailable during the batch does not qualify for any refund or extension.
4. Payment Errors
If a duplicate payment is made or a technical payment error occurs, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of transaction.
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. (only for Domestic Clients)
